Open Gaga Class

by Anna Kopito | 09.02.15

On Sunday (Febuary 15th) a Gaga class will be open to the public at Hangar 11, Tel Aviv port. The class will be instructed by the Batsheva dance company and led by the choreographer Ohad Naharin. Background in dance or Gaga isn’t needed, as Gaga is about the spontaneous act of self expression. Gaga, for those who haven’t heard of it, is an innovative movement language developed by Ohad Naharin that emphasises the exploration of sensation and possibilities of movement. It focuses on strengthening the body, increasing flexibility and speed as well as awakening the imagination. Prepare yourself for one hour of non stop motion.
